「Pleasant staff.」

「This is one of the most unique places to stay in the Caribbean. It is worth staying just to visit the trails and be on the beautiful grounds next to the monastery.」

「Michael was a great host and the property was beautiful and very welcoming! We loved the food and the pool. Would highly recommend it!!」

「I was supposed to stay for 10 nights . However due to the bad conditions of the room I was assigned I only spent one night . There was no management available at the time of my checkout so I was advised to email them which I did . Until now no respond and no refund for my 9 unused nights. I am very skeptical to use Expedia for my future bookings cause my refunds and compensation for bad experiences are not guaranteed. Overall my experience with this hotel was very disappointing. I am still...

「Was very clean and well put together」

「It is great! The owner is very hospitality to us and the rooms are clean and comfortable.」

「Definitely not a place I'd stay at again. The place had a very uncomfortable feel to it and it's not maintained adequately as well. The breakfast was not satisfying at all. I'm a vegetarian and all they had for me to eat was bread and butter. Not even any cereal. What a shame!!! My worst experience ever.」

「Rooms were very clean, staff friendly and professional, breakfast was excellent. Only issue or upgrade Kapok should consider is placing a screen from the elevator to the corridor to access the pool and make it more private.it is too exposed. Overall the stay was great」

「I booked with Brix, somehow the date stated a day before my stay( a mistake that wasn’t made by me) when I got there I only realized the error. The guy at the front desk went for the manager. A woman of African descent came over. She came with attitude and was very rude, telling me the date was for the day before and I cannot stay which means also I can’t get a refund. She said she can check if there was any rooms available and I would have to pay again. I declined and took my money where it was...

「Good 」

「The space is great it needs updating though. I saw from last year other guests suggested a few things that would make a guest’s stay much more enjoyable but those things one year later has not been done. We stayed for carnival and the distance to events held in the Savannah was amazing. Message to the owner(s) toilet paper holder, towel rack, shower door or curtain, spray for ants, fix bathroom door so it can close properly, a/c in living room, new pots, paper plates, plastic forks, kettle...

「The property was very well maintained… the staff were on point…Just wished they had bigger mugs to drink from for in the morning…..」
