「I stayed five days in January, enjoy a slower pace in the off season. The Brix is beautifully and centrally located. Bring binoculars for exotic bird watching. Five minutes walk to the Savannah and fairly walkable distance to art, entertainment, food and culture. 「The property is in the heart of San Juan, but the gps location is not accurate. We were able to call the owner who gave us actual directions to the property. Once we got there, everything improved. The owner contacted you in advance to confirm your stay, so that was nice. I had previously booked the property, and they cancelled it, and raised the rate.
