"The rooms were not sound proof enough to not hear the connecting room activity by other guests and also the surrounding area outdoor as there was a lot of loud music to be heard emanating from outside."

The hotel was dark, there was no lighting in the main hallways (making it difficult to locate the elevator) and the lighting in the bedroom was very dim. Staff was unsure how to turn on the hallway light. "

"The room was in good condition.However, it was not the room that I was promised through the website. When I booked the room, it showed two beds side by side in an open space. When we arrived, we entered into a room that had two separate spaces with one king bed and one area and a queen bed in another.That is not what I ask for or paid for however, when I spoke to the person at the desk, they told me that is what I paid for. Expedia showed has a quad deluxe room as a triple standard room. I don't think that's fair for the patrons to see one thing.And get something else. Overall, we made the best of our trip. The room was still nice, so we stayed there for the remainder of our trip."

"I really appreciated the pickup and drop off at the airport. The room was spotless and very comfortable. I was surprised there was no shower gel, shampoo etc in the shower. I would definitely stay again if I was overnighting near the airport. Thanks!"
