Once arrived at airport I went to the counter to request my pick up shuttle the driver arrived at a reasonable time and by my surprise a female driver. The drive back to the hotel felt slightly longer than 4 mins but its not miles away. On approach the reception my room was ready but the environment felt and looked very dated and not as modern looking as the pictures. The hotel is in need of renovations but luckily for me I was in transit for 7 hours so it was ok to stay for that length of time. Due to my late departure at 9pm they charged for the shuttle back to the airport at 10usd which I thought should have been free considering flights run through the night. The taxi arrived pretty much as it was called and I arrived on time for departing flight. For short stays its ok.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The room was very boutique like, however based on the price I would recommend additional items to be placed in the room e.g. drinking glass etc. however it was a very peaceful and quiet area and ideal for getaway and to rock back.

The staff was polite but the hotel desperately needs and upgrade The tub leaked into the entrance and the the sink had grime and pink soap which I couldn't clean the space was to narrow the iron I had to ask for was broken atthe base and there are no windows in the re the cook always unavailable and there's nothing within a reasonable walking distance so food had to be ordered and the free shuttle was only until 1pm after there's a fee so if you have a late flight$10 us for a less than 5 min ride

I don’t have one good thing to say about this hotel. Worst one I’ve ever stayed in. Staff was rude, washroom was dirty, smelled bad and toilet didn’t flush properly. Beds were hard as a rock. AC was very loud. Bugs came in as there was an opening in the washroom window as it was broken. Pool was dingy. Worst hotel ever.

I booked the reservation for my father who was due to arrive in Trinidad at 00:15. Unfortunately the plane was 1.5 hours behind schedule and by the time he reached the hotel with other passengers, they were unable to gain access to the hotel. As a result, my 92 year old father had to spend the night on a seat at the airport until his flight at 09:00. My credit card was charged for his stay and I would like it credited please.
