Me and my boyfriend stayed at the hotel, It was a very good stay. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the staff were very friendly and answered every question we had. However, the prices for lunch was very expensive. We could have gotten the same lunch for a much cheaper price at an outside restaurant. But besides the prices for food, everything else was very nice and i would recommend the hotel.

Cute little hotel with great service

Excellent staff and a great little place. Rooms very clean and air conditioned. Showers were great. Pool is small but good. Hot breakfast is nice as well. They have in house masseuse and it’s great.

My stay was average. The hotel is average but its location, close to two malls and restaurants is excellent. I was disappointed that there was no kettle, cups etc. in the room.

Everything about this hotel was decent except the breakfast options. The breakfast lacked variety eg.no fruits, no pastries. It also ran out on Saturday morning so make sure you wake up early that day. The staff are very pleasant and accommodating. It’s 5 mins drive from two popular malls and they can call a taxi for you, if you wish. Overall I had a good stay.

My experience staying at Palm was pretty decent to be honest. I wish the room had more amenities though. The wall unit air conditioner was heaven though, LOL! However, the front desk staff and the manager were very patient, courteous and professional dealing with my transaction. I reserved my room on Palm’s website overseas before coming to Trinidad and there was a miscommunication on my end. I was very impressed how the staff and hotel manager handled my situation. Thank you again for taking of both my mother and I.

Palms Hotel

Its not the first time I've stayed there (the Palms, Trinidad) i call it my 2nd home. Staff are amazingly friend. Room service is on point & the cleanliness is faultless. I would highly recommend. I staff for weeks at a time. There's plenty of delicious eateries around (minutes walk) Although i love staying at the hotel the only disappointment I had was the restaurant, which has been taken over by Tropical Hand. I was not impressed with this company. There are 2 separate companies & i hope this does nit bring the hotel down
