「Nice」

「Bed room and toilet nice and clean Very quiet room so slept well. Downstairs sports bar very noisy and other bar closed Breakfast buffet very average. No waitress service only a machine coffee so not so great」

「Overall we were happy with our stay. The outside if the hotel and grounds are pretty, the food in the evening and morning was to a very high standard. We stayed in a very good sized suite, which pleasantly surprisingly had 2 bathrooms with matching showers, toilet and bath. On the whole, the staff were polite and accommodating to our requests. The reason for 4 stars, there were elements of the room and dining room which could do with some tlc. Paint chipping off skirting boards, damage to one of...

「No aircon (which we knew) but the windows don't fully open and the small fan was next to useless. The bathroom in particular was oppresively hot and the whole hotel needs major investment (think 1970s vibe)」

「The room has no lock on the door; locks are only available outside the two rooms. There are many flies in the hallway, and they are appearing throughout the rooms. There is a lot of dust everywhere. In addition, although we were given the Wi‑Fi password, we’re unable to connect.」

「Convenient for the Coastal Path, with Coop and Pub nearby. A good place to stay for a night. Dinning area is useful, but limited cooking options.」

「Clean and quiet. Good location, just opposite to the train station and 15 min walk to the Rochester high street. Room is newly furnished and comfortable.」

「We stayed at the property last year, somethings have changed not necessarily for the better. I always look forward to a cooked breakfast but sadly they no longer do cooked food at all which is a shame and sadly a continental breakfast doesn't work for me」
