「Horrible business management. I booked a 2 night stay at Wyndham Great smokies lodge to celebrate our son’s 3rd birthday. He was so excited to stay here and use the water park. We booked well in advance and paid in advance. We drove several hours to get to this hotel. While we were in route and less than an hour from the hotel to check in, Wyndham calls and states they have overbooked the hotel and cancelling my reservation. They offered to put my in a different hotel which is obviously less...

「Room did not have exhaust in the bathroom causing smoke alarm to go off. Also the floor carpet was damp and smelly. Breakfast area was too small compared to number of guests. Had to wait for 10 mins to get your turn. Apart from this, room was neat and clean. Will not consider for staying again.」
