「From Check in to Check out, everything was amazing. Staff were very polite, helpful and welcoming. We paid half board and have no complaints with the food service, lots of options and different cultural food on the menu. Staff were also amazing and very efficient whilst dining. The rooms were cleaned everyday and again Staff were very pleasant and ensured the service was excellent. We changed hotel last minute from H10 to Hotel Belvedere and we are glad we did. 「Absolutely enjoyed all of it, only downside for me no yea or coffee facilities in bedroom, even though our breakfast was included. I wake up early & first thing for me is a lovely cup of tea. Had to wait till we went down for breakfast 😊」

「Good value for money. Rooms felt a bit dated and bedding was awful. No glasses or drinking water provided in rooms. We couldn't get a sea facing room amd got one overlooking the splash park/road, which was quite noisy and not very pleasant. Swimming facilities were good and access to the private beach was nice. Food - very good for a 3* hotel. I've been to many 4* hotels where food was a lot worse, so we were pleasantly surprised.」
