My experience at the Olivia Plaza Hotel was great, the staff was super nice, attentive and always ready to answer my questions. The room was also clean and spacious and I found the hotel to be very well located with quick public transit access and walking distance to many points of interest. I have two negative points I would like to mention: 1. I found brown dust on the initial towels I received so I asked for the a new set the next day. One of the new towels also had the same brown dust on it, so I am assuming that the shelf were they are kept within the room or within the storage requires some cleaning. 2. The walls are very thin and I could hear loud noises within the hallway and the room next door.
Otherwise, I had a very nice stay! :)
