「The hotel is pretty. A big problem during my stay was that the hotel advertised as keeping the outdoor pool open till 28 September, but they closed the pool on 21 September (which was disappointing as it was 30 degree sunshine everyday) and one of the staff members was quite rude in her approach. They admitted the hotel advertised incorrectly but offered me no compensation or rectification. It meant no guests staying this week could sit around the pool because they decided to change their terms...

「Alles war bestens」

「Great location right in the heart of Cambrils - so very good for bars, shops and restaurants. Very nice roof terrace with pool. Super friendly staff.」

「This resort and location should not be your first choice. It remains very frustrating that companies in the hospitality industry focus on efficiency and not the guest experience.」

「Buena vista a la playa」

「The shower in our rooms (we had 2 rooms)was completely rubbish. It was very dangerous. Would go from very cold to very hot in an instant. Could not have a proper shower the whole time we were there. Very disappointed. They was a infestation of mosquitoes in the inside bar and lounge. We reported this but nothing was done. On a positive note- The food was excellent and the staff were very helpful」

「Gutes Hotel, einfach, freundlich, unkompliziert」

「Very busy and noisy」

「Staff was very helpful. Facility was good enough for a small family. Swimming pool was for all time, but pool wasn’t heated.」

「Tout est parfait, rien à dire」

「The room is spacious and clean. Everything is good」

「乾淨 舒適 但位置有點偏離市區」

「Habitación amplia y limpia 」

「This property has everything for a short stay, elevator is very helpful for carrying luggage. however the bed room is useless since there is no AC in the room . In the hot summer day the ceiling fan is not enough and we ended up to sleep on the couch in living room. Apart from this every thing is law was great.」

If you wanted anything, you had to go to front desk and ask for help. There were no ice machines. If I wanted ice, I had to ask for it and it was like you were asking for some special request item. The restaurant on site was only open for dinner from 8-10. I guess that's normal for Spain, but it was...
