Overall a decent stay. Rooms are clean. Sunbed wars as usual but we always got a sun bed just further back from the pool. Close to the theme park and a short 10 minute walk to beach and shops etc.

The hotel was very clean and most of the staff were friendly. Only a couple of grumpy people! The maids were lovely. The hotel was fully booked, but not over packed. Every afternoon we managed to get sun beds (8 of us) and there were always parasols available. Food was also great. A good variety and tasty. Delicious deserts, chocolate fountain and sweets bar. Yummy! Great atmosphere all round and a fabulous location. Approx 10 minutes walk to the beach and 20 mins walk to PortAventura World. Would I stay here again… if I was in the habit of staying at the same place twice, then definitely!

Everythring grear except didnt like that they are going cashless - think it has stopped restaurant staff getting tips and rhey are lovely. - food is grand - facillities excellent but a few soft toys for yourger children wouldnt go amiss and think a few tiles etc are chipped or missing on floors and elevators ll seem a bit dated but these are minor things - would definitely recommend - staff are lovely
