FANTASTIC HOTEL/ Staff super friendly

We stayed at the hotel last week and we cannot be more pleased. The service was amazing, all the staff was super friendly and helpful in special to Fabia from the restaurant. She made the whole difference in our dine experience. The food was extremely good, really recommend to dine at the hotel. The reception was very helpful every time that we need, everyone was prepared to help us in anything we need. They even organised the right time for us to use the free shuttle from the hotel to the station with Claudio very nice and sweet guy. We will definitely comeback to stay in this hotel.

SUFFISANT

Durant notre journée dans le parc, nous reçevons un sms pour nous dire que la chambre est prête, sans précipitation nous profitons jusqu'au coucher du soleil du parc. Nous arrivons dans notre chambre très fatigué du trajet du matin et la journée au parc reservé pour 3 , le 3ème lit n'est pass fait !! donc je me suis fait mon lit tout seul puis tombant de fatigue, à 19h30 le service rentre dans la chambre me reveil et me demande si c'est ok pour faire le lit !!!!! pose une boite de cacahuete enrobé de chocolat et repart comme si de rien était ! j'ai trouvé ça moyen! Nous partons diner en ville à Cambris, je reçoit un coup de tél de la réception pour me dire qu'on m'attend pour diner !!! bonjour la communication

Séjour extraordinaire. Un accueil comme il est rare de trouver dans un hôtel, avec une équipe francophone formidable. Encore merci à Noella pour sa grande disponibilité et si sourire ! Hôtel à proximité immédiate du parc. Petit-déjeuner excellent et servi à table. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Rien à redire, à y aller les yeux fermés si vous souhaitez un service personnalisé et loin du tourisme de masse.

Un gran acierto

Nos ha parecido que merece mucho la pena en comparación con otros hoteles del parque en los que nos hemos alojado. La pulsera Express y la calidad y servicio en la restauración han sido los puntos fuertes para que hayamos decidido que cuando volvamos a Port Aventura no puede ser en otro hotel que no sea La Mansión de Lucy.

Superb Hotel, worth the extra cost vs.other Hotels

Super reception staff, so helpful. Staff excellent overall. Room fabulous, really spacious, pool lovely, restaurant lovely, service excellent , tapas and bubbly (Cava) - complimentary - a real treat. Wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Не сомневайтесь, удовольствие получат все!

Отлыхали семьей, дочь подросток. Август 2015, несмотря на то, что мы все взрослые, проучили массу удовольствий как от испанского Диснея, так и от отличного отеля и сервиса. А если встанете в Парке как наш мужчина, то делайте как он. Муж вобще предпочитал вид из беседки у бассейна на поместный дом( гостиницу) , сигареты и крепкие напитки и был счастлив:) Главное -непременно пойдите в водную зону. Сутки счастья для всей семьи! Отдельное спасибо Марии на ресепшене, очаровательная, доброделптельная и готова помочь во всем, как и весь персонал отеля. Рекомендуем всем!

No abran el hotel si no están preparados...

tras la reserva en Expedia traté de llamar 20 veces al hotel pero tenían un problema informático y "ya me devolverían la llamada" (sigo esperando). Al llegar a PortAventura no estaba señalizado hasta más adentro (hay que tirar a la izquierda) pero no en los carteles de entrada. El checkin lo hizo una chica española de gafas y pelo corto que tenía cero empatía a estos problemas y que me hubiera hecho 6 horas desde Madrid con mis dos hijos para llegar a "su" hotel. Como el sistema informático estaba caído no podían hacerme la factura. Me subo a la habitación, cuyo baño tenía unos pelos negros enormes (mis hijos y yo somos más bien rubios-castaños). Cansados por el viaje llamo al Room Service. Imposible, no deja de comunicar. Bajo a Recepción y está "mi amiga". Espero pacientemente que acabe de hablar por teléfono y pido el room service (así las dos noches). No hay menú para niños y eso que en el restaurante sí tienen. Pido un favor y la respuesta es no. Cero flexibilidad en un hotel que yo pensaba era para familias en el Parque. Por la mañana 15 minutos para que te traigan un café en el desayuno. Dejen que el café y las tostadas se puedan coger. El problema de tratar el desayuno como restaurante de lujo es que van muy despacio y mis niños sólo quieren el Cola Cao! Checkout: les pido que revisen la factura que me parece me han vuelto a cobrar el tercio pagado vía Expedia. Me confirman que está todo bien. Llego a Madrid y veo que me han cobrado la totalidad íntegra...
