「I do not recommend this hotel for anyone coming for Umrah or visiting the Holy Mosque. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was because it advertised a complimentary shuttle service to the Haram. However, upon check-in, I was told that there is no shuttle service during Ramadan and that I should use public transportation instead (they pointed to the buses outside). 「Extremely disgusting place to stay... We booked a non-smoking room but they put us in a smoking room. I couldn't breathe and felt like I was suffocating in the tiniest hotel room... I did complain, but they said they had no other room available.. The bathroom had a strong smell of a toilet leak... It was so gross and they had an open shower with just a curtain slmost touching the dirty toilet. Never ever stay here!!!! The staff was also terrible and did not speak English..or pretended to. 」
