「Super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast and Spa excellent. Room Service Pizza Superbly Tasty. Bathroom Extra Fan annoyingly stays on for 30 mins after switching bathroom light off which is annoying when you're try to get to sleep. Ice Machine still broken since last visit one month ago.」

「It was just an overnight stay for me. Comfortable, clean room with good facilities. A fridge would be helpful for travelling guests. Fresh milk and an ice machine were provided though.」

「Didn't get a blanket for the sofa bed as requested, soap dispenser broken in shower, sofa not very comfortable, breakfast cutlery was dirty, tables not clean during breakfast, even though asked a lady to clean a table please, but didn't.」

「Always stay here when on the Fylde Coast. It has a very calming and friendly atmosphere. Service is always good and nothing too much trouble. Breakfast is excellent. We tend to stay with family for evening meals.」

「- poor house keeping services - always forgot replace clean towers, refill tissue and forgot dispose toilet rubbish and I clean it myself. - no hand wash gel as no stock - ask for replace bed sheet and vacuum carpet by tenant every time - want to raise up staff - Ms Jane (old lady at reception), as one time house keeping forgot to clean my room and she clean up my room, replace towers, dispose rubbish and vacuum carpet by herself, but she was just receptionist!」
