「Was nice breakfast nice」

「My room was huge and spotlessly clean (although there were several marks on the wall under the telly, which didn’t bother me unduly). Well-equipped with iron & board, a hairdryer and a kettle, the highlight was the bed, which was massive and supremely comfy!」

「I booked a triple room, but all the amenities provided were only for one person — one duvet, one towel, one cup, and one set of toiletries. This is clearly unacceptable for a triple room. I reported this to the reception and explained that it was not an urgent request, and I would be fine if the items could be delivered later in the evening. The only minor comments we have, there was no body wash in our room, and no tap on the bath, had to fill bath with the shower head! Neither detracted from our stay, we can’t wait to visit again. 」
