「Georgous old building and the room was huge with 20ft ceilings. great bed and quiet which was surprising being next to main road. minor issue is the breakfast was alacarte not buffet and the waitress couldn't understand what filtered coffee was??? i will stay again」

「The hosts were awesome. They were friendly and they offered a lot of useful info about how to plan our trip. Due to lack of time, we weren't able to go everywhere they suggested. The location is just clise to High way 99 exit. It takes less than one hour to the Natural Bridge. The breakfast meals were stunning, cooked by Rich, the host.」

「It is probably the WORST 4-star hotel that I have ever been to. The staff on the night shift was awfully rude - they would tease at you and offer unhelpful opinions. This hotel only provides one bottle of water per stay - it means if you stay in the same room for two days - you would still only get one bottle of water of 300ml. The rooms were dated and dirty. Some of the facilities obviously need some maintenance. The gym was so tiny and the breakfast was not a buffet style.」

「對住宿的整體都好滿意，只係地點交通比較不方便，需要自駕游。 但是對貴公司所提意的Tiger Airline的職員由Brisbane回Sydney，她指我旳手提行李重，但是我地三個人只帶一個約6.5Kg. 我收到你的Email寫明女人手袋及背包都不計在手提行李的重量內，她堅持所有帶上機都要計算。同時我們發覺她只係檢查亞洲人，有種類其事的可能性。我們同佢講理由，她說佢講話係就係，唔好同佢爭拗，希望貴公司向Tiger Airline反映，他們的員工使我以後都不會乘佢哋任何航機。」
