「Friendly staff, comfortable bed & good air conditioned room. Walking distance to various tourist attractions. But we can’t really closed the window so we got a bit noise from the street. 」

「You feel like you’ve stepped back into another era. The staff was friendly and helpful. The spa was relaxing and complimentary to our reservation as was breakfast the next day. Our only struggle was the noise seagulls on the roof but that would not detour us from staying here again! Lovely lovely place 」

「What a great place to stay - so central and wonderful customer service. We had a clear glass Juliette balcony door that overlooked the City Hall and thus enabled us to keep it open all night to have fresh air. Clean, comfortable bed with all the comforts of fridge, coffee/tea service, etc. and safe. Breakfast was a bit of a let down with regard to the cooking of the eggs so we went out to the deli in the next block the next morning.」

「Nice and tidy hotel near the city centre. Just 15 mins walking distance from Europa bus station. When we arrived at very beginning, the air condition was noisy and we requested to change another room. The staff are helpful and willing to change another room in the same floor. 鄰近商場及巴士總站, 轉變走多十分鐘便是主要大街. 附近亦有超市及找換店, 十分方便」

「酒店外牆搭上棚架，90%房間位於地舖樓上，而其中幾個地舖連同隔鄰地盤進行拆卸工程，早上九時開始，被拆卸工作嘈音吵醒已算了，更出現樓層搖晃、震盪，程度不輕，但由預訂酒店至 check in 入住，酒店亦沒有任何相關資訊及通知，實在有隱瞞情況。」

「Historical building, with complimentary access to the visitor centre of Giant's Causeway. A few minutes drive to Bushmills for getting some food late at night. (in-house restaurant serves till 8-ish) The room is stylish and clean, just a bit small, which we had to open the suitcase under the desk. Breakfast was superb.」

「Ballygally is a quiet, beachside village. It's a little lacking in anything other than the hotel so coffee/snacks at the hotel would have been good.」
