The room was spacious warm and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice staff were helpful and friendly. Location was perfect making it easy to ger around the city.Would definitely stay hete again
The room was big and spacious. The bed was super comfy! The location was also super ideal, it was close to everything! Also the staff is super welcoming! Would stay here again, without a doubt
Great location, spacious room. Food delicious and cocktails! Mouldy shower head and arm but cleaned when asked. Unfortunately TV didn’t work across hotel most of weekend.
Spacious room, clean and comfortable. Decent breakfast. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Quiet but very close to lots of restaurants, pubs and just a couple of minutes walk into the city centre. A few minutes walk from Grand Central bus and train station, very easy to get a bus from Belfast City Airport.
Been to Belfast a few times but first time staying at this hotel, the hotel was great, rooms clean, great bar and restaurant area, staff were always friendly and helpful

The room was spotless and the staff on reception were so helpful, nothing was too much. Would have appreciated more options though around decaf coffee / tea at breakfast.

Great location, nice room (which was ready early), helpful friendly guy on reception, good breakfast. Had a couple of nice cocktails in the bar too. No complaints, would definitely stay again.
