"Staff are helpful and friendly. Bed is very comfortable - I had a great sleep both nights. Room was very spacious. Great having a bathtub too. I will definitely stay here again! Interiors are a little bit dated and might benefit from a refresh. Room service menu is only available as a channel on the TV - I have never come across this before and it’s bizarre. If yoi miss the menu page I want to look at then it’s a 10mins wait for the video to loop back to those items. "

"Hotel staff were excellent throughout my only issue was breakfast on the Sat where they simply got overwhelmed Items were forgotten they ran out of numerous items like glasses, butter some food items etc. It is not a big breakfast area but this was made worse when people from outside the hotel were allowed in which made getting a table difficult. As had young children with us we used room service alot which was excellent. Everything else was to a high standard and I would book here again but...
