「The rooms are fine, if relatively basic. Room service menu is very limited and does not offer a wide range of options. Pity too the Japanese restaurant has no menu any longer and is only a buffet offering. Staff are helpful (especially the front of house gentleman at the breakfast restaurant). However, there was one day the room was not serviced at all 」

「It was such a pleasure stay! We were staying with connecting rooms - newly refurnished, nice and clean! The bed was super comfortable ! The waterfront view looking out from the window was a bonus! The hotel staff was so friendly and helpful - offloaded our luggage’s & delivered them to our rooms straight before we got in the rooms! Will definitely come back!」

「The hotel is extremely dated. Everything from the elevators to the hallway windows feels like it’s stuck in the last century. Since Queenstown is quite humid, there’s visible mold throughout the building. The worst part was the shower—the hot water was just a weak trickle. The only saving grace was the staff, who were very friendly. Only stay here if you don’t mind aging facilities.」
