「Nice hotel, very clean, friendly helpful staff and great amenities」

「We have v enjoyed Madden’s Resort for years but this time was not anywhere near the Madden’s standards. The air quality in the Steamboat Buildings is terrible. The smell was even present in the bath towels. The smell was like the inside of an old cabinet that resembles cat urine. We slept with the deck door open and listened to the gentleman on the next door deck, snoring like the ocean surf on a blustery day. Either maintain it or don’t offer it. Sorry, but that’s the truth.」

「It’s a beautiful lake!!! The rooms were nice, clean with a great deck! The property needs some TLC.」

「I imagine that in winter they have more activities. But besides the fact that the entrance at 4:30 and the departure is at 11:00 AM, there is not much to do in the facilities. In other words, it is a hotel to sleep like anyone else.」

「Could hear people stomping around in the room above us till 03:00am. Beds were not comfortable. Paid $200 for a single night for an average hotel. 」
