「Rooms properly cleaned but the odor of mold and mildew in the building and there were scented plugs everywhere to mask the order. Was there for a family emergency, will not book again unless changes has been made.」

I texted, emailed whoever was my contact. I also chatted with Expedia, who I book the house with. No response except for Expedia, but no resolution they can do at the moment. I am very disappointed.
