「It’s got a cute lil vibe (updated with character)…the breakfast was a nice perk as well. The pool is large and the gym was somewhat smaller but sufficient with only 3 people in it, would have felt cramped with 2 more people (total of 5). They did run out of pool towels but overall this was a nice place to stay for a night. Favorite was the room; bed, bedding & bathroom :)」

「We loved our stay at Zota! The beach was one of our favorite parts—clean, calm, and not crowded at all. The water was crystal clear and the temperature was perfect. The food was excellent, much better than we expected, and the service throughout our stay was warm and friendly. A small issue came up with our final bill, but the hotel handled it professionally, and we really appreciated their prompt help.」

「This was the perfect fit for a long weekend. We were able to cover the entire AMI experience from Tortuga. Walk across Gulf Dr for beach access , enjoy the pool. East parking and staff was great.」

「Just excellent」

「Staff in restaurants were somewhat accommodating. We asked to change our reservation from 2 to 4 people in the Riva restaurant. We were informed they could only take us at 8:10. We said ok, then the manager of Riva said no, not until 9:00 is there an open table. Then the concierge informed me he could get it changed. Not great communication amongst staff. Food in Riva was ok. All in all, it was a good experience.」

「I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.」

「Room was definitely not cleaned. Dirty napkins and just generally not wiped down. Solo cups left from the previous guest on the back deck. The views and location were awesome. Also no guarantee in getting a beach front umbrella in front of the rooms. People come early and reserve spots with towels and then maybe they show up maybe not.」

「The hotel staff was great, the rooms were nice and spacious with a lot of accommodations BUT my biggest complaint was the fact that only one elevator was working. We spent A LOT of time waiting. I would've definitely given a 5 star rating.」
