「Floors could use more cleaning very gritty」

「You can’t beat an ocean view and every window in our room looked out onto the harbor. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The windows in the room were in need of maintenance and when the winds were 25 mph it led to chilly airflow. The bathroom shower has a half door design which we found allowed water to spray onto the floor. Overall you cannot beat the beauty of the location which was what we were looking for in an anniversary trip.」

「The property is unique in that it is located on the waterfront in Boothbay Harbor. You walk out your door & practically on the water. The hotel is close to shopping & dining」

「Love this place! You can't beat the view!」

「Everything was perfect, our room, breakfast, the grounds and everyone we made contact was super. But the view from our room, unbelievable!」

「Located right on the water - quiet, beautiful setting and views. Food and drink were delicious and great staff.」

「We were literally days away from the end of the season but had a wonderful experience. Dinner service was a bit slow but it was extremely busy and the service staff was so friendly.」

「Steve, the owner, is an incredible host; communicative, helpful and just a happy, welcoming man. Property was beautiful with everything you need, including garden seating outside and a cozy, warm dining area. Would definitely stay here again and refer to friends.」

「Wonderful Have stayed here before Best I. Booth Bay Staff is great. You will not be disappointed.」

「no hot food in breakfast」

「This was my fourth year staying at the Midtown Motel. I love it here, close to all that Boothbay Harbor has to offer, yet very peaceful and quiet. Yes, the motel is a very old fashioned property reminiscent of the the 1950's Era, but this only adds to it's charm! I hope the new owners keep it much the same as they venture forward, as so many historical inns and hotels are being bought up and completely overhauled, and their pricing reflects that. The rooms are very clean, and the staff are very...

「Property is beautiful! Nice views of the harbor. Location is close to town, but away from the hustle and bustle. Staff were extremely welcoming and informative. Their breakfast is remarkable, I had to buy their cookbook!」

「Property should be condemned! Terrible condition. No help on site or by phone. Dangerous stairs to second floor. Bad smell. If you are looking for a place to stay - KEEP LOOKING!」
