Room was warmed up when we arrived which was appreciated. Plenty of towels, larger fridge, keurig coffeemaker. It would be nice to have mini moos in room rather than powdered creamer.Separate thermostat in bathroom to warm it up when showering. Very good breakfast more than average continental breakfast options.

The room was very clean and warm. The water for a shower was nice and quickly hot. I love that soap dispensers were used, avoiding the waste of individually wrapped soaps that get thrown out after 1 use! Breakfast was a nice addition and the biscuits were good.

First off let me say that the front desk lady who I had the most dealings with was absolutely wonderful. I had high hopes that this hotel was going to be wonderful like eveyone was saying, but it turned out in the end to not be. The first issues was not being able to bring back any breakfast or coffee to the room from the complimentary breakfast bar. I was traveling with my elderly mother and my husband who is on dyalis, so not being able to even grab them a muffin and a cup of coffee to bring them was disappointing. My thought on them doing this is keeping food cost down which they are part of Best Western and I've never had a Best Western do this. My biggest complaint is the fact i was charged $69 dollars for Botanical Gardens tickets i never even got to use. I was told the Gardens was sold out for the day we wanted by the owner, which in fact turned out they wasn't even open that day. The owner told us and the lady who was running the front desk he would not charge us for the tickets and we even gave him back the Never used tickets to get a refund. So now he has 3 never used to tickets to make and additional $69 plus on them. Come to find out he is buying up Botanical Gardens tickets then charging more for them. His selling point is the Botanical Gardens and him have a deal with his hotel and that the tickets are open ended to any time and any day. When i purchased these tickets he knew we had only that day to see the light show because we checked out the next day.

I truly don't have much to say about our stay here!! We spent one night because we were enjoying some of the local festivities! We pretty much just slept and showered. It was off season so we weren't able to use the pool.(Outdoor). Nor did we enjoy the garden area or the grounds. We didn't take advantage of the breakfast area either; therefore I can't review that. What I will say is that check in was painless, our room was clean, the bed was comfy. My only issue was that a couple of the pillows weren't the greatest. I would definitely stay again should the opportunity arise

The only negative was the bathroom in the room we stayed in. It had patched over spots in the walls and something stuck to the bottom of the bathtub floor that could not be cleaned off some type of adhesive.

The Inn was very pleasant. All the rooms on the second level had balconies with lovely views of the town and river. The staff were very friendly and there was plenty of parking.

For the cost, it was fine. Went in the off season- completely acceptable as far as cleanliness and quiet. There was a very strong smell of food- I think my room was next to the owners’ apartment and that was not unpleasant… but also not really what I wanted to be smelling all night. Front office staff was nice. Breakfast was okay but not great- basic breads, cereal, waffle maker. No real protein. They did have sausage gravy but it was not great. Definitely acceptable for a one or two night stay if you aren’t super picky or bougie. I would stay there again for sure.
