「So disappointed in what they have done to this once beautiful hotel. It had so much personality. Not now. It is now a Comfort Inn and it looks awful. The room was clean but no coffee maker. The worst part is you could not use the hallways in the morning to go to breakfast. You had to go outside to get to the breakfast area. Glad it wasn't winter. The staff were great. It's not their fault. Won't be going there again.」

「You can have dinner/lunch at the Oxbow Pub in the casino across the street. Seriously, a two minute drive away. Most of that will be spent finding a parking spot. Very nice service there. The complementary breakfast is mostly the usual fare of fruit, cereals, small pastries and toast, but I have never seen the make your own waffles bar! Also egg white omelets. Really, just about whatever a normal person might want. My food sensitivities and habits are too weird to be accommodated, so I...

「The check-in staff was very pleasant and welcoming. However, the check-out experience was not as good. I tried to have a conversation about my concerns, but the staff member was dismissive and acted like my concerns were not her problem. On a positive note, Nicole at the bar was wonderful. She was friendly, smiling, and very inviting, which made my experience better. Overall, the hotel was clean and comfortable, but because of the customer service during check-out, I would probably not stay...

「We checked in to find bugs in our room crawling all over the entertainment center. We notified the front desk and we check out right away. We were told we would have too wait till monday for see if we could get a refund. Also left us having too put out more money for another place to stay.」

「Location is close to main downtown area, although you do have to cross a busy road. 555 North Restaurant is located in the hotel and has good food. Brunswick is a nice enough town; Bath is more interesting and closer to some of key attractions.」

「There is adequate parking. The motel is very similar to a UK Travelodge, and carers for those who want a 'no- frills ' stay. We were visiting family who do not have room for us, and therefore just wanted a base. Breakfast is cereal, fruit and a muffin, and tea and coffee. Rooms are clean and reasonably well maintained.」

「Great old world style property with good food. We have stayed there several times with very favorable results. The room however on this trip was too small to comfortably hold two adults. Very little room between the beds and the walls and not much room to get dressed or store luggage. Just make sure you request a larger room.」
