「The hotel was very well maintained.. It’s a signature of Luang Prabang in Laos . Very good customer service and the staff was very friendly specially the laides at the restaurant for breakfast. The location is one of the highlights of this hotel , close to many attractions in the city center. Walkable to the river cruise and the markets. I really recommend this hotel to everyone .」

「Newer property and well designed rooms. Great views across town and of the mountains every morning. The staff are excellent and very helpful. It is a little out of the center of town but can request a shuttle at anytime.」

「The environment is great. The room is wonderful. But, the hot water in shower room not working very well.」
