"Beware! £500 of our stuff went ‘missing’ while we were staying there. The staff were rude and unhelpful and admitted to going through our belongings when we weren’t there. We did not feel safe. Not to mention both toilet and shower were broken for the first few days. In hindsight when we realised how much worse the place was than in the photos we should have immediately gone elsewhere. Truly subpar. This has been my worst and most disappointing stay ever. Do not stay here"

"Very disappointed. You pay for what you get. Air conditioning was good. The bed and linen were clean and comfortable. Television didn't work. Shower was adequate and warm. Water pressure was poor. No towel rack. Sink loose on wall. Mildew on wall fan. Two small bottles of water for two days. No room service. No kettle. no tea or coffee in the room. Breakfast was only egg and bread roll. "This is a great resort, right in the middle of all the action. Night market right outside the front door, as well as dozens of great restaurants within a few minutes walk. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Can arrange a motorbike, excursions and whatever else you may need. Rooms are spacious and spotless. There is a fair amount of construction around Vang Vieng, including outside this hotel. It didn’t bother me but it is a little noisy and dusty around. I would recommend staying here to anyone!"
