Nice pool and grounds. Rooms were large. Unfortunately the view in the pictures are no longer available as a new building is being constructed.

Excellent hotel!!! The setting was spectacular— beautiful views of the mountains and on a quiet street filled with lush flora and fauna. The hotel room was very clean and the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating!

The property is lovely with amazing views of the mountains (especially for sunset!), but it was the staff that made my stay:) Everyone I interacted with was so friendly, helpful and professional. Chang at the front desk and all the wonderful ladies at breakfast made this an exceptional stay.

The one down side is when they had a big party outside by my room is was so loud and people talking singing till morning time. After long days sightseeing and climbing up mountains we would like to sleep and relax for the next day adventures.

Horrible stay loud loud LOUD parties are thrown here and then the party was up at 5:30am we barely slept, pool is hot, ac wasnt working on hot day, had to leave early- save yourself and stay in town it is quieter and more convenient

虽然入住的时候闹了一点乌龙，但后来解决了，还给我们升级了房间。 前台小哥特别好，住那两天烦了他好多事情，一点也没有不耐烦，大晚上洗衣机的工作人员下班了，我们出去玩了，他帮我们洗好了衣服，真的太太太好了

Special place

This was an amazing hotel. Reasonably priced with great pool and amazing views of the mountains. I was able to comunicate in English and my wife was able to comunicate in Vietnamese. A very special young lady named Ann gave us the run-down of places to go. I was actually sad to leave it was so nice. Thankyou to Lan the owner.

후기같은거 안올리는데 서비스 매우 만족스러워서 남깁니다. 컨시어지 분께서는 베트남 분 인것 같은데, 굉장히 친절하시고 서비스 또한 완벽하십니다. 친구랑 둘이서 놀러갔는데, 시내까지 걸어서 가기엔 조금 걸린다고 오토바이 태워주시고 픽업까지 완벽합니다. 숙소 상태 아주 깔끔하고 벨멘 부터 메니저 분들 서비스 마인드 아주 좋습니다. 라오스 가실분들 추천 합니다. 아니 그냥 여기서 주무세요.

Top Hotel am südlichen Ortsrand

Das Hotel wird normalerweise von chinesischen Reisegruppen belegt. Wegen der corona Krise waren jedoch nur ein paar Europäer in der Anlage. Sie liegt ca. 2 km südlich des Zentrums. Es wird ein Shuttle Service Hin und zurück angeboten.. Relativ neue Anlage mit Pool. Zimmer groß und mit guter Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Hervorragende Matratzen. Im März 2020 betrug die Rare nur € 15 pro Zimmer und Tag. Sehr gutes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis!

New Hotel just outside town

The hotel is only 4 months old. Most rooms face the garden and swimming pool with a common balcony with a table and chairs outside each room. Rooms are spacious with air conditioning, Mini fridge, Kettle for coffee and tea, TV with no cable yet. The beds were comfy. Bathroom was a bit dimly lit with a very deep tub which is dangerous for the elderly and kids to step in. Water was not very hot. Breakfast was decent with eggs to order but no fresh juices. A free shuttle is available every hour to/from Vang Vieng town. Staff are helpful and doing their best to assist guests. Wifi was good in all areas of the hotel. Overall a good place away from the dusty town of Vang Vieng

Good room with an excellent breakfast

Very nice hotel, felt good and comfortable there. The breakfast is excellent, lots of choices in the buffet. Staff is friendly. There's also a shuttle to the downtown and back which was nice. Room was spacious and they had a bath also although it was a bit too big and the water from the tap was a little cold for having a bath (from shower the water was hot enough).

방 청소해달라고 3일동안 팻말 걸어 놨는데 한번도 청소 안해줬고 호텔스 닷컴에서 침대 4개짜리방이라고 예약했는데 가니까 침대 3개짜리 방주고 그래서 로비에 가서 말했더니 사실 여기엔 방 4개짜리 방이 없다고 말했습니다. 거짓정보로 비싼 방 구매하게 만들고 실망이 큽니다.

Focus on the good things and enjoy yourself

There are plenty of little negatives that can be picked out behind the incomplete facades here but that seems pretty standard for SE Asia and so you just need to concentrate on the positives and enjoy yourself: The pool is nice and a good size, with loungers in the sun. The staff are friendly and helpful (printed our flight tickets for us) There's a free hourly tuk tuk into town Town is only a 15/20 minute walk Rooms are good size and bed linen is nice It's always being cleaned Breakfast buffet is pretty good and fresh eggs cooked to order Good value for money We stayed an extra night and chilled out a bit more!
