永珍禁煙飯店，旅行前必看！

「I was asking a taxi from the hotel to airport. They offered me to take the hotel transfer which cost me 10Usd. As everyone know, the stardard rate for a taxi from airport to town cost only 7usd, so i ask if they can help me to book a taxi. The reception staff ask me to look for a taxi number MySELF and they help me call. WHAT!? Is it possible a five star hotel not having a taxi company number ? Tell your boss it's not the correct way to do business which make your guest feel uncomfortable...

「The hotel is amazing, very big rooms, clean, balcony, low price. Much better than any hotel near the river, but you need a car or a motorcycle as the location is outside of the main attractions. Taxis can still be found around but only during the day」
