This is a wonderful hotel. I deeply appreciate the hospitality and assistance with some last minute reservation changes. The breakfast here is incredible and so are the rooms. Large. Clean and comfortable

Hotel is situated a bit outside. We walked around 20 minutes to the nightmarket and Mekong. But it is an easy walk and there might be also a shuttle bus which we did not use. Hotel is great for the price if you don't expect too much.. Breakfast is very small but OK. Staff is very helpful and friendly

Great stay experience

This was great ! Very new hotel in what seem a new location for tourists. At first not sure but quite quickly we realised it was only 10min - 15mins walk to the main activity area , restaurants & markets . Even quicker by local taxi . So yes a great stay experience and we would stay again the future.

New hotel

New hotel with clean rooms. Restaurant next door had nice food, though the breakfast was average. Personally I felt the decor felt a bit concrete and cold, but that's a preference thing. The hotel is also a distance away from the night market – the tuk tuk drivers we spoke to had no idea where it was so we were forced to go into another hotel and have them book us a taxi. Strangely, the hotel only offers shuttle into town, but not back.

This is newly built hotel, so every facility is quite new and clean. Staffs are remarkably kind and friendly. Pool and gym are small size but equipped with proper facilities. Breakfast restaurant is clean with hospitality staffs.

It's okay - the design of the rooms is a bit odd, but it's pretty modern as well, which is nice. The area around the hotel has nothing, you either need to walk for 30 mins or take a taxi to get anywhere. The lock of another room on our floor was broken and was beeping all the time, which was pretty annoying. The house in front of the hotel has roosters, so you'll probably wake up at 5:30am

I arrived at the hotel early due to my flight schedule and was allowed to check-in prior to midday (usually it's 2pm), which I found very helpful. Initially there was an issue with the bedsheets as, upon inspection, I noticed a number of marks / stains on them. I reported this to reception and they immediately sent the housekeeping staff to resolve the issue, even opening the replacement linen in front of me to check it was all clean, which I found reassuring. Following that, I visited the on-site restaurant and found an extensive menu of good quality meals at a very reasonable price. I then went for a walk into the centre of Vientiane (about 15 minutes away) and returned to the hotel restaurant for my second meals of the day. The lady who served me there was very hospitable, even using the dictation feature on her mobile phone translation app to ensure I could communicate the relevant details of how I would like my food to be prepared (allergies, preferences, etc). In total I ate 4 cooked meals in the restaurant, alongside two smoothies and two bottles of water, with the total bill being less than £12! Excellent value for money. As I was only staying one night, I arranged with the reception staff to order me a taxi for early the following morning to meet my connection flight at nearby Wattay International Airport. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely return again next time I'm in Laos.
