This most recent stay was for three nights, and once again, the experience was exceptional. I could easily make a lengthy list of reasons why Rosewood continues to stand out, but for me, it always comes back to two things: the architectural richness of the property, and above all, the extraordinary hospitality of the people who bring it to life. There is a sense that the entire team is there with one purpose — to enrich your visit in a way that feels effortless, gracious, and deeply personal. The property itself offers everything a traveler could hope for when seeking serenity in the heart of nature. "Super friendly staff. Mina at front desk arranged tours for us, pickup at airport before arrival. Tommy's were super spacious, super clean and high quality furniture. WIFI was tricky one afternoon but quickly solved. Deep bow to Mina, staff, drivers and personnel at restaurant. Breakfast had the best variety I have seen, and dinner had many choices. We stuck with Laotian, which was excellent, but there were pleb of choices including western and Asian. Great hotel, super staff "
