「This hotel is very convenient if you plan to use the Cincinnati airport. They have a 24 hour shuttle that runs every half hour. The staff was extremely helpful to me as a blind person traveling with a service dog. I was also very pleased that I could get a cup of fresh coffee at 3 AM.」

「Breakfast was great except they did not have waffles or the machine was broken. Room was clean except the bathroom tub was broken. 」

「Staff was amazing both front desk and breakfast area. Everyone was kind, attentive, and accommodating. They even went above to tend to my children with coloring pages at breakfast. We used the laundry facilities during our stay and they were clean and well maintained. We had a minor issue with sugar ants in part of our room one night and the staff was very apologetic and sought some sort of remedy immediately. 」
