「Our room was very rundown and dirty. The toilet seat was only connected with one bolt, there were fingernail clippings on the bathroom counter, the tv remote was duct taped together, and the hardware was falling off the entry door. There was so much furniture in the room it was impossible to walk around to the other side of the bed. 「Room was not clean and very outdated. Customers were yelling at staff in the lobby every time we went downstairs because their rooms were dirty. Free breakfast/happy hour snacks were always empty and not refilled after multiple requests. Only good thing was the MTO omelet bar. The chef was very nice and professional. 」
