「We stayed here 2 years ago and it was a bit dated but clean. This time, new ownership and updated room and lobby---very tasteful and inviting! The host was very accommodating, breakfast items tasty and the room was wonderful--comfortable bed, pillows, new bathroom remodel---highly recommend this to anyone visiting Buffalo!」

「We stayed two nights, but the room was not cleaned nor were the beds made up after the first night. This is the first hotel where I have stayed multiple nights where the rooms were not cleaned and beds not made up after the first night. A cleaned room and made-up beds should have been part of the deal for the amount of money we paid. In addition, the pool was out of order as was the TV on the first night of our stay.」

「Owner gave us tour of this wonderful old home. Amenities were great... snacks at no charge in room. Our King Suite was very large. Owner lets you choose from locally made natural soaps with different fragrances for your shower. Breakfast was good with some local pantries and fresh fruit. Very unique property with very involved owner」
