「Friendly staff and clean room」

「Nice bed, The room was ok, The common areas could do with some deep cleaning or replacing the carpet. The picture they show of the outside is either photoshoped or from years ago. There is also a train that sounds its horn quite offten out the back.」

「The lodging is an older, all one-story property that owners have tried to fix up, but only partially successfully. Vinyl tile floors are looking worn, stucco walls have bulge points or cracks. Bathroom is small and no real shelving. On the other hand, the bed was comfortable, tv worked well, mini-fridge and microwave were functional and coffee pot worked well. Parking very convenient, right in front of room.」

「This is an old one story motel where you park in front of your room. It is not fancy but the room had a recent coat of paint and was very clean including the non carpeted floor, the bed was comfortable, the refrigerator and microwave worked great as did the air conditioner. Towels were all new and fluffy. It's next to a city park and a walking / biking trail that is a wide concrete path that follows a creek for 3 miles or so, very well maintained and safe. 「This hotel fell so short of what it promised. The “pet friendly” is not true. There are signs posted at the front of the hotel stating that “Dogs are prohibited on property”, yet they charged us $20.00/night per dog. The floor of the hotel room was disgustingly dirty as I don’t think it has ever been mopped. No carpet anywhere which we initially thought was good until we wiped up water from the floor and our rag was black! The “breakfast” was one day potatoes and sausage and other days scrambled...
