「很好的服務，環境寧靜，房間很乾淨。去雪猿公園及溫泉街很方便。食物很好味，洒店的溫泉亦很好。有一個家庭溫泉，可惜想用時有其他客人使用，要去雪猿公園的選這間酒店很好。」

「The night spend at 榮和春蘭之宿 was fantastic. We spent our evening walking through the little community, the street was filled with shops and onsen, view along was amazing!! The resort itself was also very nice, the room was comfortable and cozy. People were welcoming! Also the breakfast and diner served with traditional japanese style food was perfect!」

「This is a very old building. No lift is available. The staircase is slanting and is difficult for elders to climb. Foods offered were not up to standard.」

「we stopped in this city since there is a long journey from the rural to tokyo, however this city is actually very “rural”, the hotel is very old-fashioned, dirty and the corridor is very smelly with cigarette scents even my room is located at the non-smoking floor... the room is very small with less than 100 sq. ft. and the window is very dirty, we stayed in there just for sleeping. the free breakfast is quite good when comparing with the room, worth to try!」
