Their customer service is exceptional, our room was large and the private onsen was also very large. The kaiseki dinner was fabulous! We have been to many ryokan and would rate this the best value.

This is by far the most comfortable and luxurious hotel I’ve ever been in and I’ve stayed at 5-6 star hotels globally. You cannot beat them for comfort, service, meals, mountain view and the quality of everything they provide. I absolutely loved my stay here and felt like I was a traditional Japanese hotel along with all the 5 star service provided. Cannot recommend it enough and I will return when I visit Japan next. Loved it

年数の経った建物なのでやや陰気さが感じられましたが、スタッフの一人一人がとても親切で明るく、気持ちよく過ごせました 夕飯を食べに行った個室は狭かったですが、小さなテレビがあり、夫婦二人でのんびりとテレビのニュースを見ながらいただけたので退屈しなかったです 食事の内容の食材は安価なものが多かったのですが、目の前で天ぷらを揚げてくれたりとうもろこしご飯はは目の前で小さな釜で炊き上げられたり美味しかいただく工夫がたくさんあって満足でした

今回は友人と露天風呂付きのお部屋に宿泊しました。周辺の観光を満喫していたため、もう少し旅館での時間も楽しみたかったのですが、ぜひまた泊まりたいと思える素敵な滞在でした。お部屋とお食事は素晴らしかったです。 お部屋担当の方は研修中のようでしたが、緊張されていたのか説明がうまく耳に入ってこない場面もありました。夕食時には「こちらの女性のお客様には」と友人を指して説明され、思わず「もしかして自分は男性客と思われた？」と驚き、正直少し不快にも感じました。今後さらに経験を重ねられることで、より分かりやすく安心感のあるご案内になるのではと思います。 また、お部屋の露天風呂は快適で何度も利用しましたが、大浴場にも訪れたところ、脱衣所の清潔感が少し惜しいと感じました。場内には注意書きが多く、お客様への配慮やご苦労も感じられました。 全体としては心地よい滞在でしたので、また機会があれば利用したいです。

スタッフさんがどなたも丁寧でした。 部屋はそこまで広い訳でもないのにテレビ2台に喫煙室にまで1台ついていて、アメニティもドリンクもとても充実していて至れり尽くせり。 ベッドも枕も快適で安眠できました。 なんといっても源泉かけ流しの温泉が最高でした。 細かい心遣いに癒され快適に過ごせて大満足でした。
