「A perfect place for a family weekend! We loved being right on the lake and enjoyed the convenience of the Lean-To right on property. Conveniently located to both Old Forge & Inlet. We’ll definitely be back!」

「Very noisy hotel! The bed frames were totally made of metal. Sounded like crawling in and out of a dumpster when getting into bed. Motel is next to an on/off ramp. Also very close to railroad tracks.. Bring earplugs. Continental breakfast was lacking. No hot food, generic cereal and weak coffee.」

「Such a unique space which was perfect for us cycling the Erie Canal trail. It was very close to the trail and our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. We appreciated having the availability of a continental breakfast as well. Staff was very communicative and let us know what to expect, directions for checking in, etc. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others. Little Falls is a quaint little town.」

「Alan and Anne were the most hospitable owners. They were always available if I needed something. And the breakfasts were to die for. I was highly impressed. They also tended to minor special requests which was truly appreciated.」
