「We have stayed there twice, already planning our third visit. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, pleasant. Ocean view was amazing. My only negative statement would be, it does not make sense having parents’ breakfast included, but paying for kids for buffet breakfast (would be better if breakfast was included for whole party)」

「Very beautiful resort. The house we booked is really big and close to the private beach and The Shops (Shopping Plaza). However, the private beach is not very large and because of there are not many restaurants at The Shops, we need to wait for a long time for dinner on Sunday. Overall, this resort is great and the staff also very polite and helpful.」

「The condo was spacious for a family of 5. The kitchen contained everything you need to prepare any type of meal including the added benefit of some spices, seasonings, and plenty of pots and pans. The master bed was extremely soft such that it was almost impossible not to get sucked into it. Master bathroom was huge with 2 sinks, a large, jetted tub, and a very large shower. Decor of the condo was not pleasant with fake plants, plaid curtains, and a dated island theme. That said, my family was...

「Expedia never supplied access to the property, even after multiple calls. Property manager was no where to be found. Expedia call center didn't help or find me and my guest another place to stay, even though they said the would. I found another place to stay on my own for double what I paid Expedia. Sadly, Expedia never offered to pay for it nor have they refunded my money for the original reservation they didn't fulfill. 」
