「Very good 」

「I had trouble getting ahold of the property, and ended up having to jump through hoops to ask some simple questions. Which made it hard to get yo get ahold of the shuttle- so I got to drag my bags up 240 stairs. Everything was just a little bit more difficult.」

「The hotel doesn't provide any laundry service or even self-served washing machine although it says it has in Expedia. This is unfair and ruined my plan. The staff cannot speak English at all nevertheless they tried hard. The room looks a bit old but everything is clean. The environment is quiet and there is a river view. The lobby is grand but I don't have anything to do there. 」

「The vibe and the overall environment are awesome! The breakfast buffet is good as well. Would definitely come back again.」
