「We have a family stay during a trip to Nikko. The Hotel is far, and the road have many hard curves, but it was easy to find and worth the cost. The room is big enought to 4 people, warm, comfortable beds and the breakfast was very good and complete. We rented a car, and the parking is at the road in front of the hotel, and free. 」

「天使格蘭飯店，有line的客服，還沒出發前，就能在客服上詢問許多資料，線上先預辦check in，可直接帶著QR code去使用飯店電腦就可以辦入住，印出的紙張上就有門房密碼，基本上記住密碼，就可以進出房間 大浴場有二處，本館的浴場較小，室內外各一池， 餐廳樓上的浴場比較大，有很多池，外面還有二台按摩椅，跟腳底按摩機，超舒服的 不過搭接駁車的人真的很多，原本預計搭10點離開的車，後來等到10點半才能坐上車，好險訂了11點初的JR離開，所以要預留時間」
