「非常好的住宿體驗，空間很大，日常用品齊全。可以露台煮食。很適合一家大細住。唯一地理位置有點偏。但距離日光站都只是10幾分鐘路程。」

「Rakuten villa nikko is like my dreamhouse. Everything you can possibly need are provided. The villa itself makes for a perfect vacation villa with breakfast on the lanai, beautiful TV and sofa area, wonderful setting, sauna and onsen bath. The relaxation area outside the bath smells like you are in the forest! My only complaint would be the checkin email which was never sent. As we need it to get inside the villa. If it was sent automatically, everything would be perfect.」

「The hotel and staff are fine. My issue was with our particular room. It had a nice modern kitchen, with walls that were red brick, two different odd wall paper, and a beach mural. The ceiling was green with pink trim. The two twin beds were mismatched in style and height. The couches and bedding sheets were dirty with stains. As I look through their advertised rooms, I don’t see pictures of our particular room.」

「子ども連れには、最高のホテルでした。 周辺のテーマパークにも車で5 、6分程度とかなりアクセスも良かったです。 調理器具ももう豊富で、コンビニで買ってきたものを温める等、簡単な料理には困りませんでした。プロジェクターを子供たちはとても喜んでました。お風呂、水回りもとても清潔で快適な旅でした。 また、ぜひ泊まりたいです。 キッチンペーパーはあったんですが、少なかったので予備も置いておいていただけると助かりました。」

「Clean room and facilities. Easy to access and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. One air conditioning in sitting room was malfunction, not suitable for ver hot or very cold weather conditions. Check in procedures messy. First time I received an email with a link from Expedia and I uploaded all passport details. But the reception could not receive the information and they gave us another link for uploading. 」

「クレジットカードの支払いが、相手の？スマホ画面に手入力でカード番号を入れて決済と言われ（お手数ですので入力はフロント側でしますと言われましたが、、それはそれで不安で）、現金で支払いました。」

「Has problem with the shuttle bus driver when we arrived at Echigo Yuzawa station as he insists us to show him the bus voucher. The apps that the hotel sent to me was unable to open so I told the driver that I will give it to him at the hotel but he didn't accept eventhough I showed him my booking and receipt. 」

「Everything about the accommodation was excellent, especially the staff! Despite the communication struggles, they were very helpful and provided great service during my stay. The free shuttle service to the ski resort was also extremely useful as they would drive you to your desired resort and pick you up at your specified time. Without a car, there is limited access to any surrounding towns. There is a bus but it’s relatively infrequent. However, staying in is also great due to the 24 hour...
