「Staff was very accommodating, room was very spacious and the hotels animals are very friendly. We were able to use the onsen having tattoos. Would definitely stay here again」

「We had a great stay. The host was super friendly and had amazing English. Cannot recommend highly enough. Very close to takumi no sato which is well worth visiting.」

「Excellent service, excellent private onsen inside the room.」

「The location is near Kagura tashiro rope lift but far from yuzawa center. It is better to have car with you when you book this accommodation. The staffs are all friendly and helpful. There are long term accommodated ski coaches stay there therefore the kitchen were very busy in the morning and evening breakfast and dinner time. The car can be stuck by heavy snow in their parking space. Here is mainly for ski or snowboarding activities.」
