The room was really spacious with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Breakfast was included but dinner we ate out as the hotel is large and they can't accommodate everybody. This was not a problem as there were so many restaurants in town. You do need to time the shuttle bus well though. ...

The rooms were spacious and everything was beautifully maintained. The kitchen and two toilets were very convenient too.

The quiet was lovely and peaceful. Breakfast was delicious and abundant. Beds were comfy. A little too warm upstairs but cooled off in the night. Disappointed the pool was already closed in late August but we still really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful scenery. Highly recommend! the

Lovely ski onsen town
Quaint and interesting place. One day is enough to stay there.
Great area to visit. It would have been nice to have mixed baths for partners to enjoy. Sulfur smell is also not for everyone as to me it smells close to sewage waters. Nonetheless. Clean and enjoyable experience for my second onsen village I visited
Kusatsu Onsen will make for a memorable trip for anyone who visits; I am looking forward to returning one day...
