「La chambre etait très bien. Il s'agit bien d'un vrai studio. Celui que nous avons eu était assez petit, parfait pour dormir. La salle de bain etait vraiment minuscule, ne permet pas d-y ranger quoi que ce soit et ne dispose pas d'etageres pour les produits dans la douche. Très bien équipé pour un long sejour. Arrivée et départ en autonomie. Super emplacement. 」

「This was at the very top of a 5 story walkup. No elevator. Zero indication I had to walk up all those steps. Once you get into the place there's another 2 sets of stairs to get into it. The bathroom is at the bottom of those stairs. Checking in was terrible. You have to download an app to get the codes to get in the building. They don't include the code to the actual suite. I had to wait 25 minutes at the top of the stairs for the guy to show up with the code to get into the suite. Endless...

「We had a lovely stay at Hausd in Soho. The room was a real highlight — beautifully designed, very cozy, and exceptionally clean. The location in Chinatown is a major advantage. Despite being in such a lively area, the room was very quiet. We also want to highlight the excellent service: the Hausd team was always available and very responsive. The check-in process was smooth and straightforward, and communication throughout the stay was clear  and efficient. Overall, it’s a perfect combination...
