Property was great, easy to find and very clean and quite, it also has disabled parking just outside the apartment for those who need it. As mentioned by other reviewers the apartments are on the warm side but there was a heat wave on! We where in room 25 which had a velux window which really helped. Overall the best hotel / apartment that we have stayed in and will stay in again.

Terrible experience! There was black mold in the bathroom that was so severe we couldn’t sleep. The room was hot and humid, despite mild weather outside and there is little to no ventilation. We contacted customer service because we needed to get out of this terrible place and they did not help. Instead of immediately addressing the issue we were told to fill out a Google form and wait up to 10 days for a response. We’re still waiting to hear back about a refund. Avoid this place!

Great location. The property had most things we needed but was missing some basics - no mirror other than the one in the bathroom, no toaster or grill option in the microwave (we had to pan fry our breakfast bread), no toilet roll holder. We stayed during the heatwave and it was unbearably hot in there with no air circulating but that was an extreme of course. We had to contact the support number twice (once because we couldn’t work the hob, the other time we had no hot water) and both times found the lady we spoke to extremely helpful.

Propre mais trop petit.

Vous catalogué le logement comme appartement ou flat mais en réalité il s'agit juste d'une petite chambre avec une kitchenette. Chambre beaucoup plus petite qu'une une chambre d'hôtel. Hall d'entré commun avec la chambre d'en face vraiment minuscule, imposible de se tenir à deux personnes devant la porte de la chambre car pas d'espace. Wifi proposé mais presque inexistant. Perte de connexion wifi en permanence car pas de réseau (j'imagine que l'antenne se trouvait à l'étage inférieur).

Clean room. However, upon booking the pictures that were shown were very deceiving as the room was very small. The best also had a broken spring so it gave my boyfriend and I a sore back. The WiFi also did not work. We had to use our phones hotspot.

WiFi dropped out at 20:30 on both nights I stayed not coming back on until the next afternoon, for this to happen both nights in a row was obviously not a coincidence. I raised the issue with them and got nothing other than an “we’ll pass the issue on”.

No WiFi and poor soundproofing

Property was clean and comfortable. Directions and instructions for entry were clear. But there is no soundproofing between the rooms. I could hear everything that was happening in the neighbouring studios including late night showers, kettles being boiled, music. Take ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. The other major annoyance was lack of functioning WiFi. I would not have booked this place if it had been made clear I could not work in the evening due to lack of WiFi. It also meant I couldn’t watch TV, listen to music except via my phone or download a book to read. My room was at the back of the property so I struggled to get 4G as well. Certainly not enough reception to tether. Never mind I thought - I’ll have an early night. Back to point A - no soundproofing between rooms.

Surprised about how quiet the neighbourhood was. Very clean apartment. Only downside is that there isn't a lot of equipment to cook dinner but the kitchen was great for a simple lunch or breakfast.
