Professional staff and courteous service. The only drawback I would say is the sauna. Considering the fees we pay for staying here, charging guest to use the sauna down to the minute comes off as ill represented of a 5 star resort. Perrin, the happy hour hostess, was so kind and friendly. She made everyone well so wecome. Love the Marshall house. Will be back.」
