「The room was $250. The description was 'motel-like', but was more like Motel 6-like. OK, the room was dreary, but the bathroom was horrible. The sink and tub area were water damaged and moldy. The exhaust fan was clogged with dust and the shower curtain was torn. And there were ant traps under the horrible sink cabinet tossed in near the hair dryer. Oh, yeah...the coffee machine, which was stuck in the closet, did not work.」

「Disgusting and we refused to stay there. Although it’s not in a bad area, we did not feel safe. Property had obviously not been maintained in a while, grass was overgrown. Garbage in lobby was overflowing, floors were dirty. Waited almost 20 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to tell them we weren’t staying. Refunded our money and said we had to go through Expedia to get it processed because that is who we booked our stay through. That night the hotel recharged the credit card and,...

「Facility was open 1 month. Rooms were well kept,,,bedding & bathrobes -top shelf. Room had adequate closet space ,,,,but did lack drawer space. Very large bathroom --but 2 sink vanity was on the small side. Staff was good, helpful & pleasant (some waiter service, needed more "seasoning". Town of Beacon very nice ---plenty of nice restaurants & pubs. Overall a very good experience.」

「Nice and quiet room. We have a sunset dinner on the bridge rooftop and the transparent building facade has lights on at night. The restaurant provides a variety of delicious food and help to accommodate our takeout with glassware and silverware. The public library room have many card games /toys for kids.」
