I was a bit surprised that there seemed to be people living on the property My suite was very nice and certainly capable of being a long term stay or an apartment I was hit with a $10 cleaning charge. This property would be more appropriate for a budget business traveler on extended stay rather than 3 women on vacation. There are long term people staying at this location and they all hang out in the parking lot smoking (since it is a non smoking hotel). There was no coffee available. The room had a kitchen but nothing to cook with.

Arrived mid-evening for reservation made a couple of months previously, was informed that they had no room for us and that they "always overbook" on the weekends. Staff displayed no concern about not having our room and did not respond to phone calls attempted by Expedia representatives. It was a slow process but Expedia helpfully found us another place to stay for the night.

Not fancy, but very clean and it looks like it was updated recently. The location is good, as the many hotels in the area show. This is a budget friendly place, but nicer than most in that category. The staff was great, and Mike at the front desk was especially helpful. I wasn’t thrilled with the $10 fee for staying less than a week, and the $2 housekeeping fee is strange (especially since there wasn’t any during my four night stay… I didn’t need it or miss it but if you go out the way to charge for it… ). Anyway if you want a clean and safe budget stay, it’s a great option.

Expedia pricing was not honored. Management is very confrontational when asking for information regarding the price discrepancy. (The printer was "broken" therefore a review of the charges and final cost was not provided.) The management refused to provide upper management contact information. The management team demanded that I leave the property or they would call the police. Not exactly welcoming after an 8 hour drive. Fortunately, I was able to find other accommodations through Expedia on short notice.

The property itself is perfectly fine, but it is literally impossible to get in touch with any staff. I had an issue with inadvertently booking two rooms. Desk staff told me the extra reservation would be cancelled, but it wasn't, and because it's impossible to get in touch with them Expedia won't issue a refund.
