「Stayed here for a local-ish soccer tournament and while the hotel was in great condition and the rooms were clean and comfy, charging $370 for this particular weekend for a hotel on the outskirts of ORANGEVILLE, Ontario was a bit ridiculous, especially when that's nearly double what the rate normally is. Did not appreciate the price gouging. If you want to avoid all of your guest's jaws dropping to the floor when handed the debit machine showing $690 for one night when you include the $250...

「Check-in is advertised as anytime after 4pm. I arrived late at night and there was no self-check in and the lobby was closed. I called the emergency line and the directory was unhelpful resulting in no contact with any person. I ended up finding alternative housing that night. I messaged the property June 20th (as of June 26) have had no response. I can't even receive a refund because they won't respond to my bank.」

「The home is easy to find and happily situated. Check-in was well planned by the staff and very easy for us. Our room & bath was just as described. Very quiet and safe home and neighborhood. 「Expedia description of house is misleading. We expected the entire house, as per description but when we arrived there was already someone in the house and were informed we only booked the basement. How does the entire house become just a smelly basement apartment. And the upstairs renters had the master code to the basement and let us in as our pass code didn't work. We felt unsafe.
